The Board provides responsible stewardship of GCEN’s purpose, standards and public-interest commitments. Its work is grounded in integrity, accountability, independence and service to the coaching profession.

GCEN separates governance oversight from operational leadership. Board members disclose conflicts, exercise independent judgement and remain accountable to the organisation’s governing documents.

He is the founder and chair of Financeium School of Business and a former hospital CEO. His work centres on leadership and strategy development, financial management and modelling, corporate governance and ethics, and risk management.

Ms Lucy Deliwe-Bhele

Business and life coach with a background in monitoring and evaluation, leading coaching and mentorship programmes in the Eastern Cape public sector.

Ms Deliwe-Bhele is a business and life coach with a background in monitoring and evaluation. Her published profile records leadership of a 2024/25 coaching and mentorship cohort for the Eastern Cape Office of the Premier, student coaching at Sakhikamva High School from 2021 to 2024, and executive coaching for the Eastern Cape Department of Education in 2024. She is also the founder of LucyBelz Health & Wellness Hub and a former radio host.

Her published qualifications include a BTech in Public Management from Walter Sisulu University, Advanced Project Management through the National School of Government, a National Diploma in Local Government Finance from UNISA, a National N Diploma in Marketing Management, coaching-practitioner training and therapeutic counselling and neuro-linguistic programming studies.
